Tracking a shipment
How do I track my shipment?
Open Track Shipment and enter the tracking number shown on your receipt or label. A barcode scanner that types into the tracking field can also be used. Separate multiple numbers with commas, spaces or new lines.
Why is my tracking information not changing?
Tracking displays events recorded by the courier team. Updates may not appear until the next handling milestone is entered. If you need help, contact support with your tracking number.
Can I track multiple shipments at once?
Yes. Enter up to 20 tracking numbers in the tracking form, separated by commas, spaces or line breaks.
Bookings and packages
What details do I need to book a shipment?
Prepare sender and receiver names, phone numbers, full pickup and delivery addresses, package dimensions, weight, contents and the preferred service.
Can I request door-to-door collection?
Yes, you can request it when booking. Pickup and delivery coverage, timing and charges must be confirmed for the addresses provided.
Shipping charges
How is shipping cost calculated?
Charges may depend on service, route, actual weight, volumetric weight, dimensions, handling, customs and other applicable fees. Use the calculator for an estimate; the final quotation must be confirmed by Devas Express.
Shipping documents
Which documents might be required?
Depending on the shipment, you may need a commercial invoice, proforma invoice, packing list, waybill, permits or customs documents. Requirements depend on the goods and destination.
Delivery and support
What if the recipient is unavailable?
Contact the courier team with the tracking number. Re-delivery arrangements, storage or additional fees may depend on the service and circumstances.
